Terms of Service

FACE-OFF: The Ultimate Challenge ("FACE-OFF", the "Service") is operated by 2excel printing ("we", "us"). When you use FACE-OFF or buy anything from it, you are entering into an agreement with 2excel printing.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country to make purchases, or have permission from a parent or guardian. "After Dark" content is limited to adults aged 18 and over.

3. The Service

FACE-OFF is a browser-based party trivia game. Core play is free. Optional premium game packs unlock extra question sets, either as one-time purchases or through a subscription, as described on our Pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
  • fraud, spam, or impersonating others (including in player names or rooms);
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with security, introducing malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content or the question bank;
  • reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing access controls on paid content.

5. Intellectual property

2excel printing owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, question content, design and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and any content you have unlocked.

6. Payments, subscriptions and the Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. No guarantee of service

We work to keep FACE-OFF running smoothly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every question is free of mistakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
